Mug Cake
Servings: 1 Mug (300ml or 10oz)
Dough:
- 4 tablespoons of wholewheat flour
- 2 tablespoons of brown sugar
- 4 tablespoons of cocoa powder
- 1 egg
- 1/8 teaspoon baking powder
- 2 tablespoons of milk
- 1 tablespoon of canola oil
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1 tablespoon cocoa powder
- 1 tablespoon milk
- 1/2 teaspoon butter
- granulated chocolate, M&Ms, cereal, raisins, chopped fruits or any other decoration to taste
Mix all ingredients for the topping, except the decoration. Microwave it for 30 seconds. Pour the topping over the mug. Decorate.
