Meat-free Mondays in San Fran

San Francisco’s Board of Supervisors passed a nonbinding resolution declaring every Monday as “meat-free.” The resolution urges restaurants, stores and schools to offer “plant-based options” every Monday to improve the general civic health. The measure is tied to the fight against global warning.
