Best Dessert: Granola Yogurt Parfait

Here is a great dessert: healthy, nutritious and very flavorful. Kids love the colors, and can be easily persuaded to take it instead of some fatty ice cream. Try it!

Granola Yogurt Parfait
Servings: 1 parfait

  • 1/2 cup(s) fresh or frozen (partially thawed) raspberries or other favorite berry
  • 3/4 cup(s) vanilla low-fat yogurt
  • 2 tablespoon(s) low-fat granola

  • Into parfait glass or wineglass, spoon some raspberries, vanilla yogurt, and granola. Repeat layering until all ingredients are used.
    Only 255 calories per parfait
